Becca, our Front Desk Manager, started out with computers at just 5 years old. As she grew older, she taught herself all Microsoft applications and her way around the then newly developing internet. At the age of 16, she started working for a corporate headquarters in various departments such as human resources and auditing. Looking for a change Becca moved in the customer service field at BWI Airport, meeting people from all around the world. Combined her passion for computers and customer service, Becca entered into the spa and salon industry. She quickly became an expert with Millennium Booking Software and was eager to use her expertise to improve the experiences of all of our amazing clients. She is an essential part of our team and treats of all our guests as royalty! Becca handles all large party reservations down to every important detail. Exceeding client’s expectations is her ultimate goal. She will help you with all of your booking needs for a truly unforgettable spa experience!
